I love the way this day unfolded. An unexpected part of the day was crossing our fingers and hoping that a trip down to the Charles River would be worth our time.
It was. It always is 🙂
Tianshu & Pei’s wedding day started at Boston City Hall. A place that I’ve been several times in the past year and I always, always enjoy.
I should probably say that we crammed maybe a few more people into the ceremony than is typical but a smile and thank yous can take you a long way.
You’ll notice this group of friends grew and grew. Almost snowballed through the day and we’d pause every so often for a new group photo to represent the new group we’d accumulated.
Lots of walking around Boston, seeing sights and some of the more iconic spots:
- City Hall Plaza
- Public Garden with the bridge and Make Way for Ducklings statue
- Acorn Street in Beacon Hill
- Sunset at The Charles River
- Finally, the lit trees at Commonwealth Avenue
By the time we’d finished our walking tour of Boston on this warmish day in February, we were all hungry and ready to eat and drink at The Four Seasons Hotel
Enjoy this set of highlights from a wonderful day of friends sharing in this celebration of love honoring Tianshu & Pei.
