The moment the last dance song fades out and the house lights in the reception turns on, the pictures become one of the most important parts of the wedding day (first: being a lifetime of love, second: a relaxing honeymoon, third: pictures to remember a day that went by too fast). I know this. I go home with many many gigabytes of smiles, tears, hugs and real emotions. The personal pay off for me is hearing that all of those efforts were worth it. I don’t just show up with a camera, but play a role in making the whole wedding experience better.
These photos were captured after the ceremony and portraits at Elms College and heading to the reception at Open Square.
Maura’s a friend, high school classmate and it means so much to receive these kind words.
“I picked Steph based on personal knowledge, we went to high school together and she had done some headshots for me a few years ago for another reason. I knew she would be incredibly professional and that she would pay close attention to all of the details. And she did!
We had a gorgeous day weather wise and Steph had everything organized down to a tee. I didn’t have to worry about getting family members ready for portraits, things I wanted pictures of from the ceremony or anything. We had spoken before the event and Steph made an outline to follow so that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the whole day together with our families and friends.
We just got some of the proofs back from our wedding and we are thrilled with the pictures! Steph was able to capture all of the silly, happy, spontaneous moments that day. Looking through our photos, we felt like we were able to relive our wedding day.
I would HIGHLY recommend Steph to anyone who is looking for a photographer for their wedding…or for anything else for that matter. Her work is great!”
